IMPORTANT PROXY INFORMATION!
Section 7.4(c) of the Bylaws limits the number of proxies the attending member may vote/hold at the meeting to two (2) proxies. You may choose another member or a board member. We suggest you contact that member to make sure they are aware they were chosen to vote your proxy.
If you are given a proxy, please make sure a copy is sent to the office – this will make it easier on the day of the meeting. Please send your proxy to the Kleinert office by email or mail to UJCBR, Heather Folks-Givens, 3354 Kleinert Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
